Studio Two is our smaller, rooftop studio — a one-floor walk-up that rewards you with beautiful, soft natural light from its north-facing windows. Ideal for smaller productions and intimate portrait sessions, it offers a calm, light-filled atmosphere that’s perfect for focused, creative work.

Studio Two Rental Rates
Small Productions (up to 6 people). Suitable for editorials, lookbooks, portraits, small fashion shoots, and content creators.
Full day (8 hours) — 5,000 THB
Half day (4 hours) — 3,000 THB
Overtime — 1,500 THB/hour
Large Productions (7–12 people). Suitable for larger fashion shoots, commercial productions, and video productions.
Full day (8 hours) — 8,000 THB
Half day (4 hours) — 6,000 THB
Overtime — 2,000 THB/hour
Technically Complex Productions
Productions involving generators, extensive lighting/grip equipment, catering setups, or large crews may require custom pricing.
Located on the rooftop, Studio Two offers beautiful north-facing light — ideal for smaller productions and intimate shoots.
Booking & Cancellation Terms
• A 50% deposit is required to confirm all bookings.
• All rates are exclusive of 7% VAT.
• Cancellations made more than 7 days before the booking date will receive a full refund of the deposit.
• Cancellations made within 72 hours to 7 days before the booking date will forfeit 50% of the deposit.
• Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the booking date will forfeit the full deposit.
• One reschedule may be accommodated subject to availability if requested at least 72 hours in advance.
• Additional charges may apply for overtime, excessive cleaning, damages, or special production requests.
