Equipment Rental Terms

• All equipment rates are listed per day and are exclusive of 7% VAT.
• No half-day rates are offered for equipment rentals.
• A 50% deposit is required to confirm equipment bookings.
• A refundable security deposit may be required depending on the value and type of equipment rented.
• A valid ID or passport copy is required for all rentals.
• Pick-up and return times must be arranged in advance. Late returns may incur additional fees.
• Rented equipment must be returned in the same condition it was received. Any damage, loss, missing accessories, or repairs will be charged at replacement or repair cost.
• Cancellations made more than 7 days before the rental date will receive a full refund of the deposit.
• Cancellations made within 72 hours to 7 days before the rental date will forfeit 50% of the deposit.
• Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the rental date will forfeit the full deposit.
