A unique extension of Samsen Studio, The Attic is located in a separate building next door to Studios One and Two. Tucked beneath the steep gabled roof of a traditional Thai-style home, this charming space is bathed in soft morning and afternoon light through its east- and west-facing windows. With exposed beams, warm wood tones, and a quiet, airy feel, it’s ideal for still-life setups, editorial shoots, and intimate sessions. Please note: as the studio is housed in a historic wooden structure, we kindly limit use to low-density productions (maximum 8 people) to preserve the integrity and comfort of the space.

Facilities
The Attic Studio features a cozy sofa corner, dining area, wardrobe racks, steamer, and plenty of power outlets. Two strong A/C units keep the space cool throughout the day.
Please note: there is no in-studio W.C., but restroom access is available in the adjacent main studio building.
Attic Studio Rental Rates
Suitable for editorials, portraits, intimate fashion shoots, still life productions, and low-density creative productions.
Full day (8 hours) — 10,000 THB
Half day (4 hours) — 6,000 THB
Overtime — 2,000 THB/hour
This unique 90 m² top-floor space is part of a private residence. Bookings are limited and restricted to low-density productions (maximum 8 people).
Productions involving extensive lighting/grip equipment, generators, catering setups, or large crews may not be suitable for the space.
Booking & Cancellation Terms
• A 50% deposit is required to confirm all bookings.
• All rates are exclusive of 7% VAT.
• Cancellations made more than 7 days before the booking date will receive a full refund of the deposit.
• Cancellations made within 72 hours to 7 days before the booking date will forfeit 50% of the deposit.
• Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the booking date will forfeit the full deposit.
• One reschedule may be accommodated subject to availability if requested at least 72 hours in advance.
• Additional charges may apply for overtime, excessive cleaning, damages, or special production requests.
