Studio One Rental Rates

Small Productions (up to 10 people). Suitable for editorials, lookbooks, portraits, small fashion shoots, content creators.

Full day (8 hours) — 8,000 THB

Half day (4 hours) — 5,000 THB

Overtime — 1,500 THB/hour

Large Productions (11–20 people). Suitable for larger fashion shoots, brand campaigns, commercial productions, video productions.

Full day (8 hours) — 12,000 THB

Half day (4 hours) — 8,000 THB

Overtime — 2,000 THB/hour

Major Productions (20+ people or technically complex productions). Suitable for film productions, music videos, agency campaigns, productions involving generators, trucks, catering setups, extensive lighting/grip equipment, or large crews.

Full day (8 hours) — Starting at 20,000 THB

Overtime — 2,500 THB/hour

Includes studio use with natural light, full blackout capability, pantry, and shower. Equipment rental available separately.

Booking & Cancellation Terms
• A 50% deposit is required to confirm all bookings.
• All rates are exclusive of 7% VAT.
• Cancellations made more than 7 days before the booking date will receive a full refund of the deposit.
• Cancellations made within 72 hours to 7 days before the booking date will forfeit 50% of the deposit.
• Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the booking date will forfeit the full deposit.
• One reschedule may be accommodated subject to availability if requested at least 72 hours in advance.
• Additional charges may apply for overtime, excessive cleaning, damages, or special production requests.
